This position will support Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) which serves the public as a trusted partner and steward, dedicated to advancing health equity, expanding coverage, and improving health outcomes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ā Culturally competent and knowledgeable in health communications as they relate to mental health, substance abuse prevention, substance abuse intervention, and substance abuse treatment
Ā Experience working in a fast-paced call/contact center environment
Ā Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products, including experience with word processing and spreadsheet software
Ā Proven demonstration of self-motivation and effective communication, organization, and process improvement skills
Ā Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
