What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance for services such as towing, locksmith, fuel, and minor mechanical issues
Assess the nature of the member's distress and ensure their immediate safety while documenting details accurately
Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls
Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
