Our call center agents work closely in a team environment to provide outstanding service by qualifying customers, answering questions, and transferring them to a licensed insurance agent!
Call Center Representative Requirements:
-2 years of call center experience
-Exceptional customers service
-Active listening and verbal skills
-Professional phone voice
-Proficiency with computers
-Ability to diffuse tense situations
-Strong time management and decision making skills
-Adaptability and accountability
-Fluency in English
-High speed internet connection via ETHERNET (no wifi)
-A desktop PC or laptop with at least a quad core, i5 processor, and 8GB of ram
-USB headset with mic
We are currently only hiring in the following states: FL, IA, OH, SC, NC, PA, AL, KY, CA, LA, CT, TX, TN, CO, MI, MD.
