About the position

The Call Center Representative position at Atrius Health is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service to patients in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities
• Receive incoming calls and inquiries from patients.

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1 year of experience in a clinical or customer service setting preferred.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and EPIC or similar technology required.

• Strong computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle a minimum of 70 calls a day.

Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor's degree or other non-clinical degree combined with an interest in healthcare.
