Role : Part-Time AI Coach & Trainer(Only w2) Location : Remote Role Overview: • We are seeking Part-Time AI Coaches and Trainers to support enterprise AI adoption by working with departments on a rotational, consecutive basis. This role blends skills assessment, custom curriculum design, learning roadmaps, and hands-on coaching to help teams adopt AI in a practical, responsible, and sustainable way. • AI Coaches & Trainers will work in close partnership with the AI Advisor & Change Leader, ensuring alignment with executive priorities, governance standards, and organizational goals. JD: • Part-Time AI Coach & Trainer supporting enterprise AI adoption • Experience in AI training, coaching, technology enablement, or digital transformation • Conduct AI skills & readiness assessments at individual, role, and team levels • Evaluate workflows, tools, and overall AI maturity • Identify skill gaps, adoption risks, and growth opportunities • Establish baseline capability metrics to track progress • Design or advise on custom AI curricula by role and maturity • Align curriculum with business priorities, industry context, and governance standards • Recommend learning formats (workshops, labs, coaching, self-paced) • Progress learning from foundational AI to applied, role-specific use cases • Create role-based learning roadmaps and phased learning paths • Align learning plans with departmental goals and change readiness • Deliver hands-on training and coaching to departments • Support AI pilots and early adoption initiatives • Embed AI into daily workflows and decision-making • Translate AI adoption into measurable productivity and impact gains • Act as a trusted coach during organizational change • Coordinate with AI Advisor & other AI coaches for consistency • Document insights and lessons learned to improve enablement If I missed your call !
