Call Center Representative

In Office full-time medical receptionist/call center representative is needed for small fast paced Urology practice in Central Austin. Must be able to multitask, learn tasks quickly and work independently. We are looking for a superstar employee that is dependable, friendly, has outstanding customer service, is looking for longevity in a career and hard working with a good work ethic. Please review requirements, as we will only interview qualified candidates. Urology experience is preferred. Bilingual is a plus.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Being the face of our practice. Make each and every one on of our patients feel welcome and happy. Treat everyone as you would treat a friend or family member.
• Scheduling a high volume of patient appointments, follow-ups, and procedures.
• Answering a high volume of administrative and clinical calls from patients each day.
• Triaging a high volume of administrative and clinical questions from patients and properly handling patient’s concerns to completion.
• Sending and receiving medical record requests
• Must be an independent worker and be able to efficiently time manage.
• Proficient in communication and documentation
