Quick learner who can follow structured scripts while also adapting to different types of calls.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and stay organized during high call volumes.
A quiet, dedicated home workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or support role is a plus, but not requiredtraining is provided.
