Responsibilities:
Ā Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Ā Accurately and efficiently enter customer information and details into the system.
Ā Follow call scripts and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Ā Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Ā Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ā Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ā Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
