- Provide information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Dispatching roadside assistance to customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Utilize phone systems and various software applications effectively
Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management, GPS, SyteLine, 3PL, AS400, and other relevant software systems
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly
