The successful candidate will demonstrate strong people skills and a caring motivational style needed to effectively schedule quality admissions appointments with prospective students.
Candidate must be a New York State resident to work remotely.
Requirements
Β Must have dynamic, professional and articulate telephone communication skills.
Β Must have a personality and work style that is both high energy and caring.
Β Must be well organized, possess good follow up skills.
Β Must possess a college degree or degree in process required.
Β Must possess good technology skills. Experience with CRM is a plus.
Β Must possess the ability to follow guidelines and compliance standards.
Β Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Shifts are available Monday through Thursday evenings 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
