Required Skills & Experience:
ā¢ 12+ months in sales, customer service, or call center roles.
ā¢ Persuasive communication and active listening skills.
ā¢ Ability to negotiate, upsell, and resolve conflicts tactfully.
ā¢ Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy.
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Experience in retail sales, telecom, or subscription services.
ā¢ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
