You will work from home, using your smartphone or desktop/laptop with webcam, and high-speed internet connection. This is a part-time opportunity, with flexible hours and no minimum hours required. **Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Complete written and oral instructions, and written surveys provided for each panel
- Use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participate in online or in-person discussions, as preferred
- Complete a set of questionnaire to see if you qualify for the position
**Essential Qualifications**
- Must have either a smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam
- Must have access to high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No previous experience as a Customer Service Representative Agent is necessary
