Call Center Agent ( Remote )
Baca Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Ā Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Ā Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
Ā Provide information about products and services
Ā Resolve customer complaints and issues
Ā Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Ā Meet or exceed call center metrics such as call quality and resolution time
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ā Strong problem-solving skills
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
