Required Skills And Qualifications
Minimum of one year of call center experience, including use of automatic dialers and call scripting
Professional and friendly communication skills with a clear voice
Strong Interpersonal Skills And Active Listening Abilities
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Sales Experience Preferred
High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
Experience in an outbound calling environment
Work-From-Home Requirements
PC/laptop with Windows 10 operating system (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets not compatible)
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
