Job Summary:
DIRECTV is on the hunt for talented individuals to join our team and assist in providing top-tier entertainment services to our esteemed clientele. You'll be required to install and repair equipment, offer exemplary customer service, and promote DIRECTV as the go-to service provider.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ā With a focus on both functionality and customer needs, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional installation and maintenance services for satellite equipment.
Ā With our services, you can take advantage of a range of functionalities that enable you to streamline your workflow and boost your productivity.
Ā We make it a priority to verify the functionality of our services and conduct regular demonstrations, as this allows us to gain insight and feedback from our loyal customers.
Ā Accomplish installations in multiple environments, including but not limited to indoor, outdoor, and constricted spaces.
Ā Increase your productivity and efficiency by utilizing the innovative technology available at your company for order processing.
Ā Brave all weather conditions when working outside, with safety as the paramount concern.
Ā Drive company-provided automobiles to job sites and report directly to work locations when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
Ā Having a valid state-furnished license that is appropriate for the type of automobile being driven is mandatory.
Ā Having the ability to work solo and offer extraordinary customer service is a critical criterion that recruiters seek in candidates.
Ā The position requires the capability to work different schedules, such as holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Ā Being compliant with the required drug screenings, security evaluations, and physical demands is necessary.
Ā Being competent in carrying out tasks proficiently in different settings, both open-air, and confined.
Ā As a prerequisite for this role, applicants must be capable of handling objects up to 80 pounds.

Ā The successful completion of the training earns you a $2,000 bonus.
Ā Those who have been continuously employed for 6 months are entitled to receive an additional payment of $1,000.
Ā You stand to receive a $2,000 bonus upon successfully achieving all the milestones without any COBC violations or disciplinary action over one year
Ā The pay grade for this role offers a highly competitive base wage range of $25.56 to $28.03 per hour, as well as numerous bonuses and benefits.
