Role Description • The HR/Recruiting Coordinator supports the HR team by managing administrative recruiting tasks, coordinating candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience. This role assists with sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, ATS maintenance, and general HR support to help drive efficient hiring operations across the organization. • Assist with sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools. • Conduct initial resume reviews to identify candidates who meet basic qualifications. • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers. • Communicate with applicants through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS (ADP WorkforceNow). • Post job openings and ensure listings remain updated and accurate. • Support the HR team with pipeline management and follow-up tasks. • Backup for offer letters and assist with pre-hire documentation as needed. • Help track recruiting metrics and provide administrative support for reporting. • Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing new-hire paperwork and coordinating first-day logistics. • May conduct prescreen interviews as well. • Perform general HR administrative duties and other tasks as assigned. • Qualifications • Proven track record of exceeding recruiting quotas. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Software (ADP WorkforceNow) or related software. • Basic understanding of HR and recruiting processes required. • Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in HR and recruiting is required. • Benefits • Competitive salary range from $40,000-50,000 per year. • Fully remote role. • Medical, dental, vision health plans. • 401k with company match. • Dynamic company culture. • Genuine work/life balance.
