C# Developer (Healthcare Domain) Remote (EST Time) Contract
Role: C# Developer (Healthcare Domain)
Location: - Remote / EST hours
Duration: -6 Months Contract [Possible Extension]
Seeking a seasoned C# Developer with 10-12+ years of experience to build enterprise-grade applications, leveraging .NET technologies with added exposure to Kafka, React and Healthcare experience in agile environment
Responsibilities: -
ā¢ Lead the development of healthcare applications using .NET Core and React, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data security.
ā¢ Design and implement microservices and event-driven architectures using Kafka for real-time healthcare data exchange.
ā¢ Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, product managers, and QA teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
ā¢ Integrate with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
ā¢ Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications in cloud and hybrid environments.
ā¢ Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
ā¢ Stay current with healthcare technology trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Mandatory skills:
ā¢ Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
ā¢ Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
ā¢ 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise-grade applications.
ā¢ Expertise in C#, .NET Core, and React.js.
ā¢ Strong experience with Apache Kafka for distributed messaging and stream processing.
ā¢ Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7, DICOM).
ā¢ Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and secure data handling.
ā¢ Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
ā¢ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills."
