Business Systems Consultant I

As a Business Systems Consultant I, you’ll keep our systems running smoothly, lead process improvements, and partner closely with business and technology teams to deliver effective solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements that align with business needs. Collaborate with the development team for implementation. Lead and perform system testing, including test planning, execution, and validation to make sure business and technical requirements are met. Troubleshoot production issues and partner with vendors and internal teams to quickly resolve problems and keep the business running smoothly. Create and maintain clear, accurate system documentation to support business partners and stakeholders WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Solid business analysis skills with 5 + years of proven experience gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting system or process changes. Strong functional analysis skills with the ability and interest to partner closely with data‑focused teammates to translate business needs into effective solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to speak up, influence decisions, and build relationships across teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment—skilled at prioritizing, problem-solving, and driving results. Experience with Agile, SDLC, or similar methodologies.
