Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a REALTOR/MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) at BuyerFirst Real Estate & Lending. As a REALTOR/MLO, you will manage the home-buying process from start to finish, providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and advocating for buyers in real estate transactions. Additional responsibilities include facilitating property showings, negotiating contracts, and assisting clients with mortgage loan options, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

Qualifications
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and familiarity with real estate practices
• Strong skills in Customer Service and building client relationships
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Sales, with experience conducting property showings and closing deals
• Knowledge of Real Property principles and legal guidelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with technology and virtual collaboration tools to support a remote work environment
• Previous experience in residential real estate and/or mortgage lending is highly desirable
• Commitment to maintaining integrity and delivering outstanding client experiences
