Business Solutions Developer I

The Business Solutions Developer I will plan, conceptualize, configure, and build SQL solutions, working collaboratively with multiple teams to address business challenges. Responsibilities Writing SQL code for software programs and applications using inheritance and virtualization following best programming practices Performs complex research and analysis to find best solutions to stakeholder requests or problems using best method or tools to develop solutions Conducts meetings to gather requirements and updates on ongoing projects Maintains communication with stakeholders during solution development Collaborating with peers on development and solution strategy to identify the most efficient and effective product solutions Performs regular code reviews and requests Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area Solid SQL and frameworks skills Completion of a technical training program (e.g. LaunchCode, FDM, etc.) may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree Healthcare experience a plus Experience with Business Intelligence Tools, such as Power BI Experience with various databases, including Mongo DB, SQL Server, Oracle or Teradata preferred Benefits Health insurance 401K Stock purchase plans Tuition reimbursement Paid time off plus holidays Flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules Company Overview Centene Corporation is a leading healthcare enterprise committed to helping people live healthier lives.
