Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage and update your Google Business Profile (GBP) to ensure accurate and current business information.
ā¢ Respond to inquiries and engage with customers to enhance online presence and customer satisfaction.
ā¢ Collaborate with diverse industry representatives to provide valuable insights into marketplace trends.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to maintain a high-quality profile and meet engagement goals.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ Active ownership or administration of a verified Google Business Profile (GBP).
ā¢ At least one year of active history managing a business listing.
ā¢ Regular engagement with the GBP platform.
Preferred
ā¢ Experience in sectors such as Hospitality & Lodging, Food & Beverage, Retail & Shopping, or Professional Services.
