We’re looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our activity of monitoring, measuring, and improving the overall performance of the company. Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of services for customers and partners, optimize collaboration between internal teams, and scale operational activities to support company growth. You’ll be part of a dynamic team where your insights will directly impact strategic decisions. What you will do: As a Business Operations Specialist, you will: · Monitor and measure the delivery of services and the costs of technical activities. Prepare precise and detailed reports for management. · Identify and implement actions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services for customers and partners. · Optimize collaboration and synergies between internal teams, ensuring smooth integration between sales and operations. · Support the scaling of internal operational activities to achieve growth targets and address related challenges. · Develop skills in auditing, reporting, and project management. Support internal audits and operational projects as needed.
