Business Intelligence Developer

Location: Remote US

Reports To: Manager of Business Intelligence

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 Annually

Position Summary

Collaborate with our newly formed Business Intelligence (BI) team to enhance our reporting capabilities, including developing data pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, as well as reporting and visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage with internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business needs and provide data-driven solutions through advanced data tools, with a primary focus on Tableau for visualization and reporting.

· Implement and manage BI solutions to improve decision-making processes within the organization.

· Conduct training sessions and workshops for stakeholders to maximize the utility of Tableau dashboards and BI tools.

· Continuously monitor and refine BI solutions to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business and stakeholders.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.

· Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Business Intelligence.

· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, and storytelling with data.

· Experience with Snowflake and ETL tools.

· Proficiency in SQL.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.

Compensation actually offered for this role will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
