DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote position within the continental United StatesAs a Business Intelligence Analyst - Consumer Finance, you serve as an analytics owner for MASA’s Consumer division, operating like a business owner rather than a report generator. This role is designed for someone who uses data to drive decisions, influence outcomes, and answer the hardest business questions: What should we do next? Why? And how will we measure success?You act as the execution engine behind the Consumer business’s data-to-decision pipeline, supporting FP&A activities and operational analysis. You independently scope problems, model outcomes, surface trends over time, and make forward-looking recommendations that leaders rely on. Learn more at https://www.masaaccess.com What You Will DoReporting to our Sr. Manager, Finance and Data Analytics, your main responsibilities will include:Own end-to-end financial analytics for the Consumer division, from business question scoping through modeling, analysis, and delivery.Build and maintain complex financial and operational models primarily in Excel, serving as the foundation for decision-making.Develop sales and marketing forecasts, including volume, conversion, and unit economics assumptions.Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting pipelines, with increasing use of Power BI.Drive the annual budgeting process and create trackable frameworks to measure performance throughout the year.Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and provide clear, actionable commentary for leadership.Translate complex analysis into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.What You BringA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business intelligence/data analytics.Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, charts, variance analysis) and experience with Power BI.Excellent communication skills—the ability to tell clear, compelling stories with data for senior audiences.A proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of taking ownership and driving growth.Bonus points if you have experience with budgeting/forecasting software, sales pipeline forecasting in consumer products or insurance/benefits, or advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CPA).What We Will Provide YouCompetitive base salary, bonuses, and comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance with highly rated carriers; a 401(k) program with a company match; paid time off; company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance; and a free MASA membership.A professional and friendly company culture that supports a clear mission: "Protecting families with compassion when others don’t."
