1. JD TITLE Consultant Lead, Professional Services - Professional Services 2. ROLE SUMMARY / PURPOSE This Senior Level consulting and implementation role within the Professional Services organisation contributes to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. The role requires strong expertise in consulting with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions, driving innovation and operational excellence. 3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Gather and analyse business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews • Design and configure enterprise solutions to meet client business needs • Lead or participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing • Develop and deliver training materials and client documentation • Provide subject matter expertise on domain-specific processes and workflows • Support clients during implementation, go-live, and post-go-live stabilisation • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Manage client relationships and communicate project status effectively 4. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Domain: Required: Asset Finance, Auto Finance, Credit assessment domain expertise; Business Analysis; data analysis; Technical consulting Primary Skills: python; C#; ASP.NET; cloud architecture 5.
