The Business Insights Analyst plays a key role in enabling HR leaders to make data-driven decisions by delivering clear and actionable insights on employment metrics and workforce trends. This position involves managing and analyzing complex employee data sets, maintaining data models and tables, and developing employee dimensions to enhance understanding of engagement and performance. Additionally, the role supports HR initiatives related to employee learning and development by administering relevant business applications and facilitating continuous improvement through data-driven analysis. Responsibilities Partners closely with the HR team to deliver timely, accurate data and analyses that empower HR leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational goals. Transforms complex HR data into clear, actionable insights through dynamic visualizations, user-friendly dashboards, and independent analysis to inform decision-making. Provides administrative support and coordination for HR business applications related to employee performance management, goal tracking, and learning development to ensure seamless operation and data integrity. Develops and maintains scalable data models and leverages ETL processes to efficiently manage large HR data sets, underpinning robust HR analytics. Conducts external benchmarking to provide contextual insights on engagement, workforce demographics, and retention trends that support strategic HR initiatives. Proactively identifies emerging workforce trends, potential risks, and opportunities, delivering forward-looking insights to inform HR strategy. Identifies opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data workflows to increase operational efficiency. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), required Master's degree (or international equivalent), preferred 2+ years of related experience, required 5+ years of related experience, preferred Reporting knowledge with an understanding of statistical analysis and the ability to use quantitative analytics to impact critical decisions. Experience in the SaaS industry, preferred. Prior experience using an HRIS (UKG, WorkDay, SAP, etc.) and/or a workforce agility application (Cornerstone, Saba, SumTotal, WorkDay, Blackboard, etc) is highly preferred. Experience using Qualtrics, Domo highly preferred. Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and analysis implications to a broad audience with varying levels of expertise, translating business objectives into actionable insights. Interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and foster relationships with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment. Strategic thinking skills with the ability to understand employee experience strategy, provide consultative business analysis, and leverage technical skills to create insightful, effective solutions. Skilled in Artificial Intelligence (AI) clients (CoPilot, ChatGPT, etc.) and industry-related tools (Excel, SQL, BI Tools, Domo, Snowflake etc.) with the ability to create charts, dimensions, data flows, pivot tables, etc. Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
