Role: Business Development Specialist (Commission-Based)

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Specialist at GENIE AI, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our cutting-edge AI solutions. This is a performance-based role, offering you the flexibility to earn based on your performance and the value you bring to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

Client Engagement:

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points. Present GENIE AI’s solutions effectively, showcasing how our technology can address their challenges and deliver value.

Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies.

Tailor sales pitches and presentations to align with client requirements and industry trends.

Relationship Building:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to drive their success.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.

Performance Tracking:

Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs.

Continuously refine sales tactics to improve performance and achieve targets.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or AI sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into compelling value propositions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
