Clinical Recruiter – Contract

We're seeking a strategic, data-savvy healthcare recruiter to source and place Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, Medical Receptionists, and Clinic Managers — the frontline talent delivering high-quality care. This is a contract role with 40 hours/week and a competitive hourly rate of $30 . For the right candidate, there is potential for full-time conversion. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, credentialing support, offer negotiation. Build strong partnerships with Center Administrators to forecast needs and hit hiring goals. Use recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, retention, offer acceptance) to drive hiring performance. Support hiring for both frontline clinical roles and corporate office positions . Optimize workflows and candidate experience through continuous process improvement . You’ll Excel If You Have 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare (urgent care or outpatient preferred). Experience with credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements in clinical hiring. Strong command of ATS tools (CareerPlug prefered) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing. Proven ability to meet KPIs like time-to-fill, 90-day retention, and candidate satisfaction. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Why Join Us (Even on Contract)?
