Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to identify, approach, and close new clients for y digital. This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone confident in sales and outreach who wants uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Identify and generate new business opportunities (primarily cold outreach)
β’ Prospect and engage potential clients across EU, NA, and other global markets
β’ Pitch y digitalβs services clearly and confidently
β’ Manage conversations from first contact to deal closure
β’ Coordinate with the internal team for final client meetings
β’ Maintain a simple pipeline of leads and deals
Requirements
β’ Strong communication and persuasion skills
β’ Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
β’ Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred)
β’ Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus
β’ Comfortable with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
