The role involves managing and optimizing Amazon affiliate marketing programs, building relationships with affiliates, and monitoring performance metrics to maximize revenue and brand exposure.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of Amazon partner programs across Levanta and Amazon’s brand portalManage partner onboarding, commission setup, link management, and campaign configurationMonitor program performance daily - tracking clicks, conversions, revenue metricsIdentify and flag any program anomalies or suspicious partner activitySupport Senior Account Managers as an additional point of contact for brand clients on Amazon program activityParticipate in client calls, contributing Amazon-specific program updates, performance insights, and operational contextPrepare clear, client-ready reporting and program summaries ahead of calls and reviewsRespond to client queries on Amazon program activity promptly and professionally, escalating where appropriateSupport QBR preparation by collating performance data, partner highlights, and program recommendationsServe as a day-to-day point of contact for partners, responding to queries promptly and professionallyOnboard new partners and brief them on program terms, commission structures, and content guidelinesMaintain accurate partner records including contact details, content URLs, link types, and commission agreementsSupport partner recruitment across editorial, listicle, influencer, and media buyer categoriesCoordinate product sample requests for influencer partnersPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports at partner and ASIN levelTrack and report on incremental sales, new customer metrics, and Best Seller Rank (BSR) trendsSupport Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation by collating performance data and program highlightsEnsure partners have access to current creatives, product assets, and promotional materialsCoordinate flat fee + CPA placement deals - tracking live dates, content URLs, and performanceSupport campaign activations during key sale periods such as Prime Day and Black FridayConduct regular audits of active partners to ensure brand guidelines and program policies are followedReview partner content for accuracy, appropriate positioning, and policy complianceEnsure all partner agreements and commission terms are documented and properly recordedSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field1-2 years of experience in partner marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketingHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable working with data - pulling reports, spotting trends, and presenting numbers clearlyExcellent written communication - clear and professional in all partner and client correspondenceProactive problem-solver who flags issues early and comes with a proposed solutionReliable and accountable - you follow through and keep commitmentsCalm under pressure during high-activity periods such as Prime Day and Q4Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectivelyMust be available for EST working conditionsCompany OverviewPaul Street is a strategic growth agency specializing in affiliate marketing and performance-based revenue growth.
