The Business Development Specialist will focus on promoting products to customers, ensuring growth through sales calls, and collaborating with sales teams to meet customer needs. Responsibilities Promote our products to new and existing customers through outbound phone calls within an assigned portfolio to ensure year over year growth Understanding the customer’s objectives and positioning Design Collective as the apparel partner of choice Collaboration with field sales to ensure customers understand all available solutions Working cross functionally to ensure timely project completion Leading professional virtual presentations Educating customers about our online ordering platform Collecting/managing data through our contact management system May also become a subject matter expert for the department Run process improvement projects Visit local properties as necessary Skills Previous Sales experience Previous experience successfully meeting sales and performance goals Proficiency with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet/Intranet required Ability to travel up to 10% High School Diploma/GED 1+ year of previous Inside Sales experience Bachelor's Degree Benefits Comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
