In this role, you’ll work warm inbound leads, outbound opportunities, and current client accounts to uncover needs, close business, and grow accounts through multiline solutions. Key Responsibilities Contact inbound and outbound leads provided by the company Build trust quickly and close new business opportunities Cross-sell and upsell current customers Educate clients on coverage gaps and protection options Follow a proven sales process and hit performance goals Continuously improve through coaching and training Manage pipeline and follow-up consistently Qualifications Strong communication skills Competitive mindset Self-motivated and disciplined Comfortable with commission-based pay Coachable and hungry to grow Sales experience is a plus, not required Licensing required (we can provide study material, pay for licenses, & reimburse for passed tests) This is a remote position.
