Business Development Representative, Provider Partnership
Garner Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on transforming the healthcare economy. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline for Garner's revenue organization by conducting outreach to healthcare organizations and collaborating with the Provider sales team.ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified meetings and pipeline for Garner's revenue organizationMeet or exceed BDR activity metrics set forthWork with Provider Sales VPs to develop targeted outreach strategies for healthcare organizations, including health systems, physicians groups, digital health platforms, and other care delivery organizationsUtilize business and industry knowledge to research healthcare organizations, identify key stakeholders and decision makers across clinical, operational, and partnership teams, generate interest, identify compelling events, and develop target accountsConduct high-level discovery conversations with prospective healthcare organizations to qualify opportunities and schedule meetings with Garner's Provider Sales teamManage, track and report on all activities using SalesforceWork in collaboration with Growth Marketing to drive attendance at regional and national eventsSkills1 - 3 years relevant work experiencePositive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skillsInbound and outbound calling experienceProficient in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfoFamiliarity with the healthcare landscape, including health systems, physician groups, clinically integrated networks, digital health platforms, or other care delivery organizationsA willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and do whatever is necessary to ensure company successExperience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upsideA desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedbackBenefitsFlexible PTOMedical/Dental/Vision plan options401(k) with company matchFlexible spending accountsTeladoc HealthCompany OverviewGarner Health is a healthcare technology company that connects employers and employees with high-performing medical providers.
