Business Development Representative (Canada)

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and engaging with hotels in Canada to enhance their adoption of Mews' solutions. Responsibilities Generate new pipeline and open doors with hotels across Canada Prospect and engage new accounts via cold calls, email, and social Identify pain points and position Mews as a solution Book qualified meetings for Account Executives Build early relationships with decision-makers Track activity and performance against targets Achieve KPIs including 50 outbound calls per day, 20 contacts sequenced daily, and 4+ qualified opportunities booked per week Skills Based in Canada Fluent in English and French 6+ months outbound sales or prospecting experience Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels Organized, coachable, and driven to exceed targets Strong communication skills across stakeholders Interest in SaaS and hospitality tech Benefits Participation in our company share program Best-in-class parental leave (6 months fully paid for primary caregivers, 2 months for secondary, available within your first year) Unlimited paid holiday (yes, really) Work from anywhere - enjoy the flexibility to work from other countries for a few weeks each year through our compliant and flexible Workation policy.
