Business Development Representative

They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate leads, develop client relationships, and drive revenue for their renovation and remodeling projects.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and local business development effortsIdentify, pursue, and close new clients for renovation and remodeling projectsDevelop and maintain strategic business partnerships (property managers, realtors, HOAs, investors, etc.)Bid and price residential renovation and remodeling projects accurately and profitablyMeet with homeowners and clients to assess project scope and present project solutionsFollow up on leads, estimates, and proposals to close salesMaintain strong client relationships throughout the sales processConsistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and sales targetsCollaborate with office staff and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffTrack sales activity, pipeline, partnerships, and revenue performanceRepresent Ace Handyman Services professionally and in alignment with brand standardsSkillsKnowledge of the construction, renovation, or remodeling industryPrevious sales and/or business development experienceProven ability to generate leads and close dealsComfortable prospecting, networking, and building partnershipsStrong communication, organization, and follow-up skillsAbility to work independently with occasional remote workTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsComfortable using CRM, estimating software, email, and basic sales toolsExperience bidding residential renovation or remodel projectsExisting local network or relationships in real estate, property management, or constructionBackground in home services, handyman services, or tradesBachelor's degree preferredBenefits401(k)Bonus based on performanceCompany partiesCompetitive salaryOpportunity for advancementTraining & developmentCompany OverviewAce Handyman Services is a construction service company that provides home improvement, repair, and remodeling solutions.
