Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to join their Inside Sales team, focusing on lead generation and pipeline development while collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams.ResponsibilitiesExecute timely follow-up on marketing-generated leads, converting interest into qualified sales opportunitiesConduct targeted outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage prospective clients and create new pipeline opportunitiesManage lead and outreach activity in HubSpot to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and handoff to sales partnersSupport follow-up with attendees from marketing programs, events, and campaignsCollaborate with account teams to identify new buying centers and expansion opportunities within existing accountsWork closely with our Alliances team to execute joint campaigns with our ecosystem partnersAssist with outbound campaigns and special projects designed to generate new opportunities with priority prospectsPartner closely with Marketing and Business Development Executives to ensure coordinated campaign execution and lead follow-upMaintain and improve the quality of CRM data and client reference materialsProvide insights on lead quality, conversion trends, and campaign performance to improve go-to-market effectivenessSupport the transition of qualified opportunities to consulting sellers and pursuit teamsSupport sales calls & the pursuit process, where applicableDemonstrate strong prospecting and lead conversion capabilities in a B2B sales environmentDevelop and manage opportunities that contribute meaningfully to annual pipeline and revenue targetsEngage effectively with both business and technology stakeholders within client organizationsExhibit a proactive โhunterโ mindset in identifying and pursuing new opportunitiesSkills1โ3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or demand generation preferredExperience in B2B, SaaS, technology, or professional services sales is requiredFamiliarity with CRM platforms and sales technology (HubSpot & Salesforce preferred)Ability to work in a hybrid model (2 days a week in-office)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively across teamsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesComfortable working in a metrics-driven environmentCreative thinker with the ability to craft effective outreach strategiesAdept at using AI & technology to do effective, personalized outreach at scaleOptimism and resilienceCompetitive drive and achievement orientationStrong emotional intelligence and ability to read peopleResourcefulness and persistence in outreach effortsConfidence balanced with diplomacyDiscipline, curiosity, and a sense of humorBenefitsEmployees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.Employees are able to enroll in our companyโs 401k plan.Employees can purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program.Employees will be eligible to receive annual bonuses.Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off.Employees will receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.Company OverviewWest Monroe offers digital transformation, analytics, cloud, cyber security, business advisory, and management consulting services.
