**Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the streaming business with AI and statistical modeling focused on understanding and predicting user behavior
* Creating and implementing innovative AI strategies to address key business questions while identifying new areas to explore
* Driving experimentation to assess the effects of your models
* Collaborating closely with colleagues across the organization to identify and capitalize on opportunities
* Presenting your findings to senior leaders
* Working with other data groups to improve platform capabilities around data modeling, data representation, experimentation, and data design
**Essential Capabilities:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Physics, Econometrics, or Statistics
* 3+ years of experience designing, building, and evaluating effective AI solutions
* Strong coding experience in one or more data programming languages like Python/R, with additional experience in scientific libraries like Numpy, Pandas, or similar libraries
* Proficient in analyzing data and creating ML models using Python (with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.)
* Strong foundation in statistical modeling: regression, clustering, time series estimation, causal inference, and other methods
* Experience creating flexible numerical models and solving complex quantitative problems that can be understood by non-technical colleagues
* Ability to make insights and recommendations from data to inform model development and business decisions
* Willingness to collaborate with other data researchers, data analysts, and key stakeholders
* Strong understanding of SQL
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Postgraduate education in a quantitative field
* Excellent analytical skills, high-level degree of statistical knowledge
* Demonstrated ability to choose the right statistical tools given a data analysis problem
* Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs
* Strong relational skills, for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Experience with data platforms and applications like Databricks, Jupyter, Snowflake, Wind current, GitHub
* Experience with designing and analyzing A/B testing and other experimentation types
* Experience thinking critically to interpret market and customer data, ideally about a subscription service
* Experience with distributed data technologies (Hive, Flash)
* Experience with NLP and NN models
