Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) or KOLs.
In-depth understanding of the local financial markets and regulatory environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and local language is crucial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
