The Commercial Deposits Support Specialist will support the Bank’s Cash Management portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and providing exemplary client service while collaborating with various internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality support to internal and external clients by managing service requests, inquiries, and technical issues related to Cash Management servicesSupport internal Cash Management Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management teams to ensure timely and effective client outcomesServe as a subject matter expert on Cash Management systems and commercial deposit products, including troubleshooting and resolving product or system-related issuesEstablish, maintain, and review Cash Management client files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsConduct annual Cash Management client reviews and recommend appropriate funding limits in accordance with regulatory guidelinesPerform periodic reviews of existing client documentation to ensure records remain current and compliantFunction as a liaison between Cash Management, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and Loan Operations to drive resolution of client issues and compliance activitiesManage Cash Management-related technologies, including system enhancements, testing, and implementation effortsProvide technical guidance and support to internal partners related to Cash Management services and platformsMaintain and update departmental documentation, including procedures, SharePoint sites, and Confluence pages, ensuring alignment with current processes and controlsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance client experiencePerform additional duties and projects as assigned in support of department and Bank initiativesSkills1-2 years of experience supporting Cash Management, commercial banking, deposit operations, or related banking functionsExperience working with banking and CRM platforms such as Miser, Q2, Oracle CRM, or similar systemsProficiency with project management tools such as Jira or comparable platformsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of PowerPointBachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent work experienceStrong understanding of operational controls, documentation standards, and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess systems, workflows, and process gapsExperience troubleshooting technology and system-related issuesClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholdersBenefitsMedical, dental and vision plans for employees and their families401(k) matchHealth and wellness programsFlexible time off policies for salaried employeesUp to 16 weeks paid parental leaveCompany OverviewSince our founding in 2007, we have transformed the banking industry by bringing a traditional credit product - the installment loan - online and we’ve been on the fast track ever since.
