Business Development Intern
Immigrant Invest is an international company that specializes in citizenship and residency by investment programs in the European Union, the Caribbean, Vanuatu, and Turkey. We offer support for our clients from the initial consultation to the moment they receive their documents and get their investments back. We are an official authorized representative for all the investment programs we offer. Our offices are located in Austria, Malta, Portugal, Hungary and the UAE, but we are hiring worldwide We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support the growth of our existing partner network. Your primary objective is to assist in strengthening partner relationships and supporting lead-generation initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in international business development. This short-term internship is designed for candidates who want real exposure and performance-based rewards , working closely with senior Business Development Managers. Responsibilities: Partner Development: Support senior team members in collaborating with existing partners to improve the volume and quality of leads directed to the firm. Strategic Engagement: Assist in organizing and coordinating webinars, online sessions, and offline meetings to educate and re-engage our partner network. Performance Monitoring: Help track partner activity and performance using CRM data, assisting with reports and insights to identify improvement areas. Network Expansion: Research potential international partners and actively support outreach and onboarding under supervision. Operational Excellence: Maintain and update CRM records and assist with pipeline tracking using CRM and project management tools. Brand Support: Support senior representatives in partner communications, meetings, and event preparation. Requirements: Industry Interest (Beneficial): Interest in Migration Services, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Luxury Real Estate is an advantage. Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and digital tools; willingness to learn is essential. Communication: Professional working proficiency in English (B2+/C1). Knowledge of Turkish would be necessary. Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable reaching out to new contacts under guidance. Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of KPIs and interest in performance-based outcomes. Would be beneficial: Education / Early Experience: Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Previous internship or part-time experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing is a plus.
