Role Description
SonderMind is looking for a strategic, data-driven Partner Growth Specialist to help grow and optimize our partnerships with leading health systems. This role is ideal for someone with a background in management consulting, healthcare strategy, or business operations who is passionate about building systems that drive conversion, yield, and long-term impact.
β’ Partner closely with the Health Systems account team to provide insights, operational infrastructure, and strategic plans.
β’ Drive Strategic Enablement for Account Teams:
β’ Design and implement strategies, workflows, and tools that empower account managers.
β’ Analyze Performance to Optimize Conversion and Yield:
β’ Own key partner metrics and use them to identify performance gaps and recommend strategies for improvement.
β’ Surface Opportunities that Shape Product and Partnerships:
β’ Leverage data and partner feedback to inform partnership strategy and shape product development.
β’ Design Scalable Operational Frameworks:
β’ Develop repeatable processes, templates, and planning frameworks for the partner lifecycle.
β’ Influence Cross-Functional Execution:
β’ Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Care Coordination, and Marketing to align offerings with partner needs.
Qualifications
β’ 2+ years in healthcare consulting, analytics, or a similarly strategic, data-heavy role.
β’ Knowledge of clinical systems is a must.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Proficient in analyzing large datasets and translating it into actionable solutions.
β’ A passion for Healthcare System partner and patient satisfaction.
β’ Empathetic and patient in handling concerns.
β’ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with care coordination, analytics, and product teams.
β’ Strong understanding of healthcare business models, operations, and levers of revenue and efficiency.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously.

β’ The anticipated salary range for this role is $88,000 - $110,000.
