Edukarir Indonesia is expanding and currently looking for a perfect fit to be our team as Business Development Executive.
You will be responsible for marketing one of the fast growing consultant company. Using your skills, you will conduct research to identify new customers and potential new markets, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the production, delegate sales, and working under Partnership department of Edukarir Indonesia throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, Strategic, Leadership, Business Process, Budgeting, PlanningIncrease sales according to KPIProvide market insight and client needs appropriately and strategicallyMotivate the team to always be enthusiastic and maintain the company's KPIsMaintain long term relationship with clientsPlanning and overseeing new marketing initiativesAttend industry conferences, meetings and eventsMake requirement proposal(s) for clients. PowerPoint presentation presentation and sales displayManage cost effectiveness, efficiency and deliver operational and financial target within designated financial costSales goals for the team and ensure that it goals within timely mannerTrain personnel and help team members develop skills
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree / Postgraduate from leading university in any major with working experience at least 2 yearsExcellent in Administration, Business Management, Macro Economic, data and analytical skills, partnerships, business development or corporate marketing is advantageExcellent in presentation, proficient in Ms. Office (added value to have knowledge on other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking)Proficient in English (both oral & written)Skill in strategy, consultation and government affairs will be advantagesAble to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinkingProactive, passionate in making a positive impact in emerging markets, and have high level of adaptability in fast moving working environmentIf you have any question about the process you can contact Safira (Whatsapp only, 0812-9252-3965)
