They are seeking a Technical Operations Manager to build, maintain, and scale internal systems, focusing on AI-assisted tools and integrations across their technology stack.Responsibilities40% partnering with our Automation/AI leads on agent infrastructure, evals, and AI-assisted internal tools — including our internal IT support agent and other AI-powered workflows30% building and maintaining internal automations and integrations across our stack using n8n, Python, TypeScript, and AI agents — spanning Linear, Ramp, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, 1Password, Kandji, and GCP20% documentation, runbooks, and enabling the rest of the company to self-serve through better systems10% supporting broader Strat Ops and BizOps requests as they ariseSkills3-6 years in a technical generalist role — tech ops, IT engineering, platform engineering, or solutions engineering — at a B2B SaaS company, ideally at a scale where you had to wear multiple hatsDemonstrated experience in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go, with real systems you've built and maintainedHands-on familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks (Claude, MCP, RAG, or similar) and a clear point of view on where they should and shouldn't be appliedPractical experience integrating SaaS systems via APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, or custom orchestration)Comfort with at least one major cloud platform (GCP preferred) and familiarity with our core tool stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, 1Password, Kandji, or equivalents)Working knowledge of identity systems (SSO/SCIM, Okta or similar) and MDM (Kandji, Jamf, or similar) is a plusBonus: prior experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR compliance programs, or shipping internal AI productsBenefits100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family16 weeks paid parental leaveUnlimited PTOStipends for remote work and wellnessA professional development budgetCompany OverviewCustomer.io enables users to send newsletters to selected segments of customers using their website data.
