The Climate Dividends Initiative
Climate Dividends is a non-profit association co-founded by Ademe, Mirova, Team for the Planet, Sweep, 2050 and Fondation Kanopée Partage and chaired by Brune Poirson.
We carry a mission that is both technical and systemic: accelerating the financing of the transition by creating the standard for positive climate contribution.
Our mechanism
We have designed the Climate Dividends, a methodological framework and a certification mechanism that allows for the quantification of a company's positive climate impact (in tonnes of CO2e avoided or removed) and its integration into company valuation.
1 tonne of CO2e avoided / removed = 1 Climate Dividend, issued and "distributed" to shareholders.
The objective: To make this indicator the compass for international institutions to direct massive capital towards solutions that truly save the climate.
1 tonne of CO₂e avoided or removed by the company’s activity > 1 Climate Dividend distributed to the shareholder.

The team
We are a focused, expert operational team:
Laura Beaulier, (CEO - Marketing & Sales Strategy)
Simon Deschamps (Scientific Director)
Mathilde Recot (Director of Operations)
supported by a high-level Board of Directors, an independant scientific committee and volunteers.
Our ambition for 2026
To move from a proof of concept and a robust methodological foundation to the global reference indicator for banks, investors, and companies.
What we are looking for
You are not there to "sell," but to impose a new standard (the "Climate Dividend" KPI) at the heart of companies' financial and industrial operations, in direct coordination with the CEO.
Lead qualification and identification: qualification calls for inbound leads and leads contacted via outreach.
Pipeline follow-up and closing: You manage the sales cycle from A to Z on our CRM until the final signature, sharing leads with the CEO who also intervenes on sales.
Depending on your profile / expertise, you can join us to intervene in a particular sector:
If you already have experience or a network in Renewables, Geothermal, Circular Economy, waste management, Building or Mobility, or on a type of investment fund (VC, PE, infra funds) or even on a European country, you could be in charge of a sector vertical!
Banking strategy support: You evangelize and build partnerships with banks so that the Climate Dividend becomes the #1 criterion for impact loans.
The subject is complex, the stakes are colossal, and the market is in full swing.
We are not looking for executors, but for growth partners capable of grasping this complexity to transform it into concrete impact.
Prerequisites
You have real experience in the field and good knowledge of the subject of avoided emissions / carbon accounting / ESG (we don’t have the bandwith to train and onboard someone on those topics at the moment)
You have experience in sales (good experience on CRMs, ideally HubSpot).
You speak English fluently (1/3 of our leads are not French-speaking).
Conditions
Start: ASAP.
100% Remote (you can easily meet up from someone from the team if you are based in Lyon / Marseille or Paris)
Rhythm / Duration: 1 to 3 days/week, long-term (all of 2026)
