As demand increases, we need strong Engagement Managers who can generate opportunities, build relationships with startup leaders, and drive strategic conversations that turn into long-term partnerships. This role exists to help scale our outbound, partnership, and client acquisition efforts.

Required Experience
3+ years of experience in outbound sales, partnerships, recruiting, business development, client acquisition, or account management
Experience operating in startup or fast-paced environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience handling client-facing conversations independently
Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building
Familiarity with how startups raise, grow, and get evaluated. You understand what founders and investors care about and can speak credibly to it.
