Business Change Management Consultant
Vega is hiring a Business Change Management Consultant for our direct client in Reston VA. This is 6 month, W2, remote Contract opportunity. The Business Change Management Consultant will be responsible for supporting corporate and client initiatives by incorporating the principles and practices of strategy and organizational change management as well as thought leadership to integrate organizational change management approaches. The selected candidate will works to enhance the overall capacity of the client and/or stakeholders mission and outcomes by delivering organizational change theories, tools, and techniques. As the Change Manager you will serving as a coach to PMs, product owners, task and technical leads.
