RemX is looking for Call Center Reps for our healthcare client.
Location: Remote, MUST BE IN THE HOMESTEAD AREA OR SOUTH OF THE AIRPORT.
Pay: $17/hr and $18/hr for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish)
Start: 10/21/2024
Hours: Multiple different shifts available between 10am-11pm (Will require at least ONE WEEKEND DAY)
Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
ย Inbound calls only
ย Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
ย Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
ย Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Requirements:
ย 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
ย High School diploma
ย Goal-driven and detail oriented
