Business Analyst/Project Manager for IAM project

Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst - IAM for a contract through the end of 2026 with an insurance industry client in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 100% Remote Opportunity.

Pay rate: $52.00 - $57.00 per hour, W2, based on skill and experience level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) domains and will work across various IAM departments. This role requires project management experience, strong initiative, and the ability to produce and analyze metrics and reports.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various IAM departments to support the implementation and maintenance of IAM solutions, ensuring consistent practices across the organization.
• Apply knowledge of IAM domains, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning, while staying updated with the latest IAM technologies and best practices.
• Support IAM projects by assisting with project planning, coordinating resources, and providing updates to stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
• Identify and address IAM-related issues and opportunities for improvement, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance IAM processes and security.
• Develop and maintain IAM metrics and reports, providing regular updates on IAM activities, compliance, and project status.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of experience in IAM or a related field.
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with IAM tools like Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, etc.
• Knowledge of security protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Soft Skills:
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required:
• 4+ years of previous release and/or project management experience.
Preferred:
• Ability to work with general direction to scope, plan and manage cross-department or multi-department projects to drive completion of targets/deliverables using standard project management methodologies through lifecycle phases.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large and highly complex technology assignments with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
