Major Insurance Carrier seeking Business Analyst with QA & UAT experience for continuing business process change, upgrade and improvement projects.
Ā ** Perform business analysis activities on business processes and services.
Ā ** Prepare and maintain project documentation such as use cases, user stories and workflow.
Ā ** Manage user acceptance processes including development of test scenarios, test plans and acceptance criteria.
Ā ** Assess current business models and processes and needs to integrate with modernized software solutions.
Ā ** Develop and document Business and Technical Requirements, Configuration Requirements, Testing Plans, etc.
Ā ** Create Data Maps as needed.
Ā ** Manage User Acceptance testing (UAT):
--- Develop test scenarios, test scripts and acceptance criteria;
--- Serve as project liaison;
--- Develop, document and manage requirements;
--- Create and update Project Work Breakdown Structure;
--- Author, monitor and update Project Budget, Risks, Schedule, Testing and Project Communication Plans.
--- Report project status, project risks, project issues and acquire direction regarding project decisions.
Requires:
Ā ** Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
Ā ** Successful track record in test management.
Ā ** Knowledge of risk based testing scope management.
