Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst / Risk & Controls Analyst . This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Antonio, TX (Remote). Key Responsibilities: • Support senior team members in assessing the effectiveness and viability of controls. • Assist in the development of automation strategies and implementation plans. • Document control processes and procedures. • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns. • Collaborate with technology and business teams to implement automation solutions. • Support the monitoring and evaluation of automated controls. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key Skills; Banking/Financial Services, Risk Management/ Risk Analysis, Controls, Data Analysis, Automation, RPA, Jira, Reporting . • 3-5 years of experience in the financial sector, specifically in fraud, disputes, or risk and controls. • 3-5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field. • Understanding of control design principles and best practices. • Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis. • Good communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Previous banking experience • Previous risk and control experience • Must have experience with RPA, JIRA, Reporting skills Our client is a leading Banking ,Financial and Insurance Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
